Our Client is a leading provider of Debt Management and personal bankruptcy solutions (including IVA’s) to the consumer market place. Due to their continued success and market leading position an opening has arisen for an Operations Manager to lead their administration department.
The role holder will be responsible for a headcount of 25 employees with three Team Managers as direct reports. You will manage the performance of the department with responsibility for meeting company objectives, SLA’s, business unit KPI’s and legislative / compliance standards in line with FSA regulation.
The department will manage all post sales activity relating to the debt management program including payment schedules, creditor agreements, client enrolment and all other duties as required by the business.
The ideal candidate will have second line management experience and will have led an administrative function within a financial services environment, ideally with a Debt Management Industry background.. Process driven with a keen eye for detail you will demonstrate an ability to assess and identify improvement areas relating to efficiencies, policies and processes before agreeing and implementing approved recommendations.
Applicants will possess proven people and performance management skills and a track record of leading, developing, coaching, managing and motivating a department to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary up to £25-30,000 with bonus opportunity in line with company performance.
