Customer Service Advisor - Flixton/Urmston

Our client is an established Insolvency business employing over 180 staff from their offices in Carrington, near Flixton/Urmston. Due to continued expansion (the company will double in size over the next twelve months) a number of Customer Service Executives are required for their expanding customer service department

The role holder is responsible for providing a high level customer service experience to individual customers enrolled in a Debt Management Program. You will handle customer enquiries and resolve queries and questions providing solutions to any problems that may arise. In addition, you will liaise, develop and manage relations with your clients’ creditors, negotiating, where applicable, affordable repayment plans that satisfy both your client and the company they are indebted to.

Successful applicants will be excellent communicators with a passion for solving problems and delivering exceptional levels of customer service. You will ideally have worked within a contact centre environment and be able to demonstrate the organisation skills that will be crucial to meeting your objectives in this busy and varied role.

The basic salary ranges from £13,000 – £17,000 with bonus potential of up to £5,000 per annum.
