Job Description
Our client is the fastest growing debt management company in the UK today currently employing over 180 staff from their offices in Carrington, near Flixton/Urmston. Due to continued expansion (the company will double in size over the next twelve months) they require up to 10 Sales Advisers for their debt management sales department.
The role holder will position the benefits of a DMP to qualified enquiries generated via varied lead sources managing the sales cycle from conversion to receipt of a clients’ first payment.
Ideal applicants will have previously sold products or services to consumers within a financial service environment and will demonstrate a hunger and determination to achieve on target earnings of £29,000. The commission structure is open ended and top achievers earn over £67,000 per annum.
The company will provide full and on going training with opportunities to progress your career and study industry recognise (financial) qualifications.
The basic salary ranges from £17,000–£20,000 with uncapped bonus potential and a continual program of company incentive schemes.
