As a financial adviser, your success will be determined by the relationships you forge with clients and colleagues. Your thoroughness, compliance within a regulated environment and attention to detail will also play a key part in this financial planning role.

You will currently be employed in the financial services industry with some sales experience. Having held full FPC (or equivalent) and CAS status for 12 out of the last 24 months, your qualifications will help you make the smooth transition to this role. As a target driven individual with exceptional customer service skills, you will thrive in our encouraging and rewarding working environment.

Basic salaries range from £25,000 - £48,000 (depending on your experience) with uncapped performance incentives providing earning potential between £40,000 – £250,000. Guaranteed bonus periods are provided to ensure your smooth transition into their financial framework.
