Home based Mortgage Adviser

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest Mortgage Brokers as they continue to expand their Mortgage Adviser team throughout Reading and the Home Counties.

The role holder will operate as a field based mortgage adviser responsible for attending pre-arranged mortgage appointments at a prospective clients’ home.

Applicants will be CeMAP qualified, hold a full EU drivers license and will demonstrate the following attributes:

· Successful track record in mortgage sales

· Professional and presentable appearance

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· A desire to earn six figure OTE

In addition:

· A clean compliance record gained within the financial services industry

· Computer literate

Successful candidates will receive a minimum of 16 appointments per month with an average company conversion rate of 55%.

Based on the company’s average case value and commission split (up to 60% of total case value) , projected earnings exceed £150,000 per annum.
