Independent Financial Adviser / IFA is required by our client (www.kcmb.co.uk), one of the UK’s most respected financial services providers. This exceptional opportunity is in the Branch Based Division of the business and we are inviting high calibre, self starting individuals with excellent relationship building skills and a successful track record in financial services sales to join the high performing sales division. A Bancassurance background is preferred but other top performers will be considered.

The proposition is ‘whole of market’ and the successful candidate will experience an infrastructure and support network that provides the platform to realise six figure earnings potential. You will receive an ‘active’ client bank and enjoy state of the art technologies, dedicated paraplanning and sales support and a brand name that exudes professionalism and integrity.

Branch leads

The branch is targeted to produce a minimum of 9 leads per month. The Branch currently has approximately 54 million pounds of customer funds on deposit. All Branch staff take part in an excellent bonus scheme which pays based on performance against both lead and commission targets.

Review Portfolio

There is also a portfolio of over 250 clients with an average portfolio value of 54k which would be allocated; these clients have been relationship managed by the previous adviser. This continues to be a superb source of business.

Earnings Potential

This branch has the potential for delivering results and the earnings that reflect that success. OTE will be in the region of £49,500. At 125% this would increase to £63,600 and to £82,000 at 150% of target.


In addition to OTE you will receive a basic package between £26-30,000 plus a car or car allowance, non-contributory pension, BUPA, PHI, DIS allowance, flexi-benefits, profit share and discounted financial services products.
