Job Description
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of both IVA’s and Credit Control, and an understanding of the tact required when dealing with customers. As this is a specialist role, it is expected that your background in insolvency and collections will enable you to hit the ground running in this role.
My client is a well established insolvency company looking to increase numbers in it's credit control department with an experienced collector. This is a very busy time for this industry and this department in particular - as a result, monthly bonuses for performance are reaching as much as £500.
You will be flexible to work in a shift pattern- which is as follows;
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am – 5.30pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10.30am – 7.00pm.
You will also have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a desire to enhance your long term career options.
