Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Broker

Job Description

The UK’s largest mortgage broker is increasing their presence in the West Midlands and is now inviting experienced mortgage advisers to join their award winning operation.

Applicants will have successfully operated within a mortgage broker environment and will be able to demonstrate a track record of writing both mortgage and associated protection business.

The position is self-employed with commission starting at 70%. Where desirable, successful applicants may receive an income guarantee during the first six months which will be calculated on recent income levels.

The role holder will provide mortgage advice in Birmingham, Wallsall, Wolverhampton and West Bromwich.

The company boast a range of exclusive products with mortgage lenders and protection providers and provide their mortgage advisers with access to the whole of the market.

Successful brokers will enjoy market leading IT technologies, packaging, administration and compliance support

As a Mortgage Adviser, you will receive lead support from the company to compliment your own business development activity, providing a realistic opportunity of achieving year 1 earnings in excess of £30,000
