Twice recognised as mortgage broker of the year and a trading subsidiary of a top 10 UK financial services provider (with over £10bn in assets), you will receive guidance, support and assistance to achieve annual earnings in excess of £100,000.
Providing best advice and recommendation as a ‘whole of market’ mortgage adviser you will have access to bespoke mortgage and protection products from the UK’s most recognised providers. Via state of the art IT platforms and their dedicated support functions you will generate a customer base to provide professional advice and award winning service that ensures satisfaction.
Applicants will be fully CeMAP qualified.
The ideal candidate will thrive on autonomy and demonstrate a can-do, professional approach with an attitude to succeed. You will possess exceptional presentation skills and believe in providing world class service to your client’s. Your relationship building and organisation skills will support your sales efforts to realise uncapped earnings potential.
For successful candidates, full training is provided, initially via a two week ‘in-house’ induction course, together with compliance, administration and IT support. You will benefit from lead support via their affinity partners (including some of the UK’s leading high street lenders) and, with a robust network of business partners, will have ample opportunity to write business.
As a member of the BFA, this self-employed opportunity delivers average earnings of £62,000 per annum with top earners achieving in excess of £350,000 per year.
The total investment for CeMAP qualified individuals is £2,250 including all professional and legal fees
