As part of their their continued growth plan in 2008, opportunities now exist for high performing mortgage advisers to join their national sales team.
As the fulcrum of their success has been largely due to their innovative approach to business the company welcomes and encourages ‘ideas people’ and individuals with a ‘think outside the box’ – in short, a can-do attitude and make it happen mentality.
CeMAP qualified, the successful candidates will enjoy the autonomy to manage their daily activities and output with the flexibility to conduct home / office appointments as dictated by your clients’ needs. You will enjoy a steady supply of leads from the business that will complement and enhance your existing client base and written business forecast. Your ability to nurture, manage & develop client relationships will provide the foundation for explosive billing in 2008 and beyond.
The company will provide all the support functions from our prestigious office facilities in Guildford to a dedicated administrator and compliance department. The business is wholly independent and offers a whole of market proposition with many exclusive products with some of the UK’s leading mortgage lenders and insurance providers..
In return you will receive a basic salary to £40,000 and a transparent commission structure (40% above threshold) with uncapped OTE, a dedicated administrator, 24 days holiday, company pension, PHI, group profit & share scheme & discounted financial products from the group.
The clients training and development program has been independently accredited and provides the platform for long term career development.
Full training will be provided by some of the most renowned names in the mortgage industry
