Job Description
Established over 40 years and enjoying continued success, the north’s leading Estate Agency network is looking to recruit experienced, CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors for their Financial Services unit. As a group, our client boasts over 200 branches throughout the UK and is currently a Top 5 business writer for the UK’s largest mortgage network by volume.
The company is growing their Mortgage Adviser team from 50 to 60 by the end of 2009.
The role holder will enjoy a stream of enquiries generated from increasing house sales together with a significant client bank of existing clients. A Mortgage Adviser will utilise state of the art sourcing software to select exclusive Mortgage and Protection products that best match our clients’ needs.
All applicants will be CeMap qualified and will be able to demonstrate a sales record of banked business during the last two years.
On target earnings are met with 6 mortgage completions per month (the national average is 7 cases per months) with high performers achieving up to 15 completions per month.
The basic package is £20,500 with on target earnings £30,000 plus private health care, company pension, mileage allowance, lap top & mobile.
