Mortgage Advisor - Milton Keynes

Job Description

Our client is a National Mortgage Broker with over 100 branches across the UK. They have recently been recognised in the fast-track top 100 growing companies and are meeting growth plan targets throughout 2008 / 09. As a result, an opportunity exists in their Milton Keynes office for an experienced Mortgage Advisor.

The successful Mortgage Adviser will come from a broking background and will demonstrate a proven track record in sales benchmarked at a minimum of £100,000 in banked annual business. You will be TCF focused and compliant with FSA regulations regarding your sales activity and administration / ‘house-keeping’.



Mortgage appointments are generated via their introducer Estate Agency partner's and National marketing campaigns. There will be an active client bank and a volume of re-mortgage opportunities.

Applicants must be CeMAP qualified or equivalent

Full training will be provided via our induction and ongoing T&C scheme with opportunities to study and qualify for further industry qualifications,

In return, you will receive a basic salary to £21,000 (first year OTE £32,000, 2nd year £40,000+), car allowance, co. pension scheme, private health care and the opportunity to develop your career with one of the biggest brand names in the industry.
