Team Leader – Debt Management Customer Service

Our Client is a leading provider of Debt Management and personal insolvency solutions (including IVA’s) to the consumer market place. Due to a departmental restructure, an opening has arisen for a Team Leader to lead join busy customer service area.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role holder will be responsible for 10 customer service advisers and two administrators. The role fundamentals are to lead, guide, train, coach, manage (people & performance) and motivate a team to deliver service excellence and enhance customer experience whilst ensuring team objectives, SLA’s, business unit KPI’s and legislative / compliance standards are adhered to.

The team will perform both online and off-line functions and manage all post sales activity relating to a clients debt management program including payment schedules, creditor agreements, client enrolment and all other duties as required by the business.

The ideal candidate will have debt management industry experience and will have previously operated in a similar role preferably within a financial services environment. Applicants will possess proven people and performance management skills and a track record of meeting objectives in a contact centre environment.

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £20-22,000 with bonus opportunity in line with company performance.
