In order to ensure you are 100% satisfied with any candidates we source for you, you do not pay a penny for our services until you offer that candidate a job AND THEY ACTUALLY START.
A dedicated consultant will liaise with you from the time your vacancy arises until you fill it. This will include gaining a full understanding of the specification of your vacancy, profiling appropriate candidates to you and communicating interview feedback. Your experienced consultant will ensure that your recruitment campaign is carried out smoothly and that potential pitfalls are safely avoided.
An experienced consultant will interview a candidate before they are considered for your vacancy. This way you only interview pre-qualified candidates who are interested in working for you.
Once we have short-listed a maximum of four of our most suitable candidates, rather than sending CVs straight over to you and making you decide from a piece of paper who is right for your vacancy, the consultant who has interviewed the candidate will discuss their background, experience and needs with you and answer any questions you may have. This will ensure you are confident the candidates are potentially right for your company, and your opportunity is potentially right for the candidate before you commit to interviewing them.
